Who we deliver for
We work on Redrow and Barratt developments under the Barratt Redrow group, fitting out the interiors of their homes plot by plot across live sites in Essex and Hertfordshire. These are active, current relationships, not a historical client list: the developments below are where our teams have been working.

How we work
Scope, spec, programme, rates
We scope the development, agree specification, programme and rates, then deliver plot by plot to your build schedule. Rates are agreed up front and held across the programme, with framework and ongoing arrangements welcome. Fitout coverage spans the Home Counties and London; new build painting reaches Cambridge and Ipswich. We field a team of 50+ including subcontractors, scaled to your programme.

Show homes and show units are where this business started, and the craft is documented: the Monitor Audio show unit, acoustically engineered rooms built and finished for one of the world’s leading speaker manufacturers, can be viewed by appointment.

What capacity do you offer housebuilders?
We currently fit out 1,000 to 1,200 homes a year for national housebuilders, with the ability to double that. We have been delivering since 2009, with more than £20 million of projects behind us, and we field a team of 50+ including subcontractors, scaled to your programme.
Which developers do you work with?
We fit out the interiors of Redrow homes, with active relationships across Redrow and Barratt developments under the Barratt Redrow group and six live Redrow sites in Essex and Hertfordshire, listed above. How do you price volume and framework work?
Priced per plot against specification, programmed to your build schedule. Rates are agreed up front and held across the programme, with framework and ongoing arrangements welcome.
How quickly do you respond to developer enquiries?
