The service
We provide full private residential building services across Essex and London: extensions, loft conversions, new builds, whole house renovations, internal layout changes, garden rooms, interiors, kitchens and bathrooms, and sensitive work to period homes.
Projects start from £25,000. That is a choice about focus, not exclusivity: it lets us give every client the attention, finish and personal service the work deserves, whether that is a refresh with an edge or a complete home. Every project gets a clear, transparent quotation before any work begins.

Your 3 month workmanship warranty, all product warranties, and our 12 month touch up service.
£5m public liability, £10m employers liability and £1m professional indemnity cover on every project.

Is there a minimum project size?

Can you help with design as well as the build?

How much will my project cost?
Every project is priced individually, and the one figure we publish is that projects start from £25,000. You get one clear, transparent quotation after the site visit, before any work begins. Our philosophy is simple: it is not always about money, it is about value. Buy cheap and you often buy twice.
What guarantees come with the work?
Every project is handed over with a 3 month full workmanship warranty, manufacturer warranties on all products, and our 12 month touch up service. The snagging gets done before we call a job finished, not after you chase it.
Are you insured?
Yes: £5 million public liability, £10 million employers liability and £1 million professional indemnity cover on every project, with SMAS accredited health and safety and SMSTS qualified site management behind it. The full detail is on our accreditations page.
Can we live in the house during the work?
Often, yes, and we will tell you honestly at the site visit. Loft conversions mostly happen above the household, extensions are run respectful of the fact you may be living beside them, and a whole house strip out is faster with the house empty. We plan the programme around your answer and protect whatever stays.
