Our commercial work runs on two tracks, and this page routes you to the right one.
Commercial house building is our volume relationship work with national housebuilders: interior fitout and new build work delivered plot by plot across live developments. If you are procurement or a site lead at a housebuilder, start with our work with national housebuilders.
Industrial and commercial is our project work: fit out and refurbishment for offices, schools, industrial units and specialist works, priced against specification and delivered as one accountable contract.
Track one
For national housebuilders

How we work
Scope, spec, programme, rates
Whichever track your project sits on, the method is the same: we scope the work, agree specification, programme and rates, then deliver to the schedule with the finish the show units taught us. Site discipline your H&S team does not have to chase, and one team accountable end to end. Framework and ongoing arrangements are welcome.

What health and safety credentials and insurance do you hold?
SMAS accreditation (deemed to satisfy), SMSTS qualified site management and a first aid trained team, with £5m public liability, £10m employers liability and £1m professional indemnity cover. Do you take on one off commercial projects, or only frameworks?
Both. Framework and ongoing arrangements suit our housebuilder clients, and we also deliver one off fit outs for offices, businesses and schools across Essex, London and the Home Counties, typically starting from £25,000 with one transparent quotation against a written specification.
Do you work for housebuilders and developers?
