Madisons is an Essex construction company established in 2009 and run on three values: honesty, trust and transparency. Founder Craig Bellamy has spent 33 years delivering show units for the country’s leading developers, including the only residential project on The Strand, and that discipline shapes every private home we build.

Most builders build what they are handed. We design and build for the finish, so the home you live in ends the way it looked in your head. On 3 May 2025 Craig co-presented “Dream builds and DIY disasters: what your architect and builder really want you to know” with architectural designer Andrew Sheeley of RocHaus, on the Build and Renovation Theatre at Grand Designs Live, ExCeL London.
