RocHaus Architects
We work with RocHaus Architects on residential design and build projects: a working relationship rather than a directory listing, where drawings are produced by people who know how we build and priced by the people who will build them.
Andrew Sheeley of RocHaus and Craig have shared a stage as well as projects. At Grand Designs Live, ExCeL London, on 3 May 2025, they co-presented “Dream builds and DIY disasters: what your architect and builder really want you to know” on the Build and Renovation Theatre: the architect’s side and the builder’s side of the same build, in one talk. We also work with JFD Architecture (opens in a new tab), an architectural design practice based in Southend-on-Sea. Their work is contemporary and high end, from bespoke houses and refurbishments to flat and office developments, across Essex and the wider UK.

Architectural Hub
We work with Malcolm Clarke of Architectural Hub (opens in a new tab) as well. Architectural Hub is an architectural design and planning practice based in Brentwood, and Malcolm, its director, leads every project. Their work runs from home extensions, loft conversions and interior design to new builds and commercial spaces, across Essex, London and Kent.

On a design and build project, the architect joins at the start, briefed with you, in your home. The design develops with buildability and budget in the room, so the scheme that goes to planning is the scheme you can afford to build. Structural design, drawings and approvals are coordinated by us, and the same conversation carries through to construction, so nothing is lost between the drawing and the site.

Craig has spent 33 years building relationships with some of the best suppliers in the industry, covering everything from soft furnishings to light fittings. Those relationships are part of what clients hire: access to products and trade pricing the high street does not offer, sourced and managed as part of the project rather than left to you to chase.
